How do I pay for the service?

Can I pay by check? What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment
Payment is made when you sign up for the paid service, which becomes your monthly anniversary date.  A month later,  we determine whether your conferences have exceeded the monthly allocation, and bill any remainder as overage ( mins * overage cost per minute for your plan), along with the next upcoming months payment. We bill the overage, and if you continue, with our service, we will collect the next months plan amount.  You will receive a receipt after each payment is charged to your Mastercard / Visa / Amex / Discover account. 

Credit cards are accepted for monthly plans.  We can accept ACH for annual plans.  Inquire if you are interested in an annual plan.   

We will assume that an occasional non-payment of service would be a rectifiable issue.  After all, most of is have been caught up in our business and allowed an invoice to become overdue. However, accounts that are repeatedly delinquent are disabled.
