To get started with Screen Sharing
Log onto your Branded Bridge Line dashboard
Click on the vertical ellipses next to your conference number on the dashboard and select "WebMeeting Join Link". This will copy the link that you will send to your meeting participants.
3. Paste the link into a new browser tab.
4. Click "Join"
5. Once everyone has joined, the presenter should click "Share Screen" at the bottom of their screen.
The share screen icon at the bottom of the screen is only available to those users who are logged into a Branded Bridge Line account. Users who are not logged into Branded Bridge Line can see the screen being shared, but can not share their screen.
All users will be able to use the chat capability. This will allow you to chat with other participants throughout the presentation.
6. The first time you share your screen, you will be asked to install the Branded Bridge Line extension.
Now you're sharing your screen!
