If your business reach international frontiers, there’s no problem! At Branded Bridge Line, we offer two ways to have a conference call with international participants.
For occasional use
The easiest way to include an international participant to your bridge is by sharing your customed dial-in number, including the country code +1. There are no restrictions or costs associated to your bridge account.
The international participant will be responsible for any costs associated to making a call from their home country to yours.
For frequent use
If your business works a lot in a particular country, say you have a sales team in Mexico, or lots of clients in Brazil, why not setup a dedicated local number for them to connect to your bridge?
All you have to do is add an additional international number to your existing bridge. Start by clicking Add a Line and choose the option add a tied line to an existing bridge. From their on, pick your country, select your number, and you are all set.
Important to know
You may add multiple dedicated international lines to the same bridge. That can be useful if you have participants joining from different countries.
Each bridge come with one dedicated number. So, if you add an additional line to your bridge, it will count towards the number of lines available in your plan.
If you run out of numbers, you can purchase an extra line for a cost of US$10. If you are planning on adding more than 10 international numbers, contact our support team for special pricing.
