Starting a Conference

providers, we offer service in over 50 countries included in all of our plans at no additional charge*. Whether you want to unite remote teams on a single conference bridge or provide your customers with a local number to avoid incurring international toll fees, we can create an international solution that suits your needs.

*note,  some countries such as China, Singapore, Russia require additional charges.

Ok maybe you get it... but many do not.. skip along to the next section if you'd like.

To start a conference call, simply dial the dedicated conference number that you chose when signing up.   If you do not have PIN’s turned on,  then the first caller will hear “music on hold” until the second participant joins.   Once two people are on the line,  they are joined, and any further callers will be added in.   

If you don’t want the conference to begin until you join, then you should enable “Moderator PIN”.  This means that anyone who calls will hear hold music until the moment that you join as Moderator.  This setting can be modified under “Line settings”.

Totally Configurable

Just about every aspect of our service can be tailored to your needs through our self service portal -- the changing of PIN numbers,  adding additional lines “a-la-carte”, Adding additional users to your account, etc.

You’d be lucky to find a conference service provider that actually answers the phone with a live person on the line, at 5am!  We are the outliers.   From helping you get your line setup,  providing pointers on how to host larger conference calls (Webinars) you can count on our global support desk to assist.  And no,  there is no “Support Pan” you’d need to buy!

Branded Bridge Line recognizes that a significant amount of your business is conducted globally.  We have created a feature packed international conference bridge service that bring teams, customers and vendors together.  Much to the chagrin of our competition, and delight of our customers.

Billing

We offer plans suited to solo entrepreneurs to small, mid, and even enterprise level customers. All billing is through monthly subscription to a credit card on file.    We have plans ranging from $14.99 US / mo to over $500.00 US / mo.

With the exception of the Unlimited Plan, customers are allocated a bank of minute based on the subscription level.   The minutes range from 500 mins for our small plan to 20,000 mins

On our large volume plans.    The monthly plan includes an overage rate, which you are charged per minute if you exceed the plan parameters (calls are billed per minute, per caller)  You’ll always find our current pricing at https://brandedbridgeline.com/#purchase.  To help determine the most appropriate plan for you, you may find our Teleconference Calculator helpful.

Payment

Payment is made when you sign up for the paid service, which becomes your monthly anniversary date.  A month later,  we determine whether your conferences have exceeded the monthly allocation, and bill any remainder as overage ( mins * overage cost per minute for your plan), along with the next upcoming months payment. We bill the overage, and if you continue, with our service, we will collect the next months plan amount.  You will receive a receipt after each payment is charged to your Mastercard / Visa / Amex / Discover account. 

We will assume that an occasional non-payment of service would be a rectifiable issue.  After all, most of is have been caught up in our business and allowed an invoice to become overdue. However, accounts that are repeatedly delinquent are disabled.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is for you to ask us prior to the billing anniversary that you’ve decided not to continue with your Branded Bridge Line Conference Line.   There is no term or commitment beyond the current month of service (and of course any failed past payments.
