How to start a Conference Call

Setting up a conference call is simple and easy. Once you have selected your own dial-in number, you will be ready to go.

We believe that conference calls should be as simple as dialing a friend’s phone number. And that’s the big difference between us and other conference systems in the market. With Branded Bridge Line, you get your own “bridge”, which includes your own dial-in number of your own choosing, so when it is time for that important conference call, all you need to do is share the dial-in number with other participants. There’s no prior setup needed. No PIN necessary. It is that simple.

But if you choose to use PIN for your bridge, you can do that as well. We’ve found out that some companies prefer using PINs to distinguish the host from the other participants, which can be helpful if you do not want the conference to start before the host is present. Setting up is a piece of cake.  Simply click on the line settings on your dashboard, then scroll to Conference Security and check the box next to Moderator PIN.
